Crisp Autumn Updates 🍎

A-MAE-ZING UPDATES

Building something fab-BOO-lous!

Construction Updates:

  • Roofing Milestones: The Composite Roof looks great and will be finished  next week. The Copper standing seam roofs are scheduled for installation next week at the front of the house and in the side yard.

  • Interior Progress: Insulation is officially complete. Drywall is in its final stages, with the inspection scheduled for this coming Monday.

  • Color + Paint: Exterior Paint has begun and we are using Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace on all of the exterior trim + Farrow & Ball’s Dix Blue on the exterior shingles (see pic of our on site mock up below!)

  • Exterior Architectural Details: Exterior shingle installation is complete across nearly the entire property. We are holding the front of the house until next week, when the custom Front Door arrives and completes the exterior shell.

Special Thanks to the new Subcontractors on Site:

  • Thank you to the team at OJ Insulation for all of their hard and fast work that they did over at the house.

  • Big thanks to the drywall team, DCL, who have been working hard to meet and exceed deadlines.

  • Thanks to Bruin Painting who have been on site working on our Exterior Painting. More to come from their team!

  • Rodsal and JD Wells for their work on the installation of the Exterior Shingles for our home siding. We love them!

Below you will find a few photos of the past month on site.
